High Linearity/Enhanced PAE HBT Technology


For 4G/4.5G (LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, LTE-A) mobile phone systems and the new WiFi (802.11ac) standard, WTK provides a series of high linearity SH HBT technologies to fulfill rigorous linearity requirements at higher frequencies. By optimizing the epi structure, the SH1 device demonstrates further enhanced PAE without trading off linearity and ruggedness in PA products. With featured higher ](110), higher fT & fMAX , and higher linearity, the SH1 device accomplishes PAE enhancement by lowering parasitic collector resistance. The SH1 platform is available for product design now, while SH2 is under development for further PAE and ruggedness enhancement to meet the more stringent requirements of next generation MMMB and FEM products.
